About Us
"Two kids from the Valley"
The Cider Mill is a family-owned and operated restaurant housed in a historic Cider Mill.
Scratch menu, craft cocktails, great service, and a cozy atmosphere.
Here's a little about us and our amazing team:

Our Story
1991: Dan Seeley and Teresa Cortese get married.
Late 90's: Dan and Teresa begin their first business, Diamond Catering, out of their family home's garage.
2003: They lease the old Morey's Cider Mill building to house Diamond Catering.
2003: They get the crazy idea to give thanks to the entire town of Gander, Newfoundland for the support they gave stranded folks on 9/11. They (along with 20+ volunteers) throw a picnic for the entire town of 10,000 people.
2005: Dan and Teresa move with their three small kids, a cat, and a dog into the 985 sq. ft. house on the Cider Mill's property. (Which will become The Clerk's House Bakery 20 years later)
2005-2016: The restaurant changes several times. From breakfast, to a fish-fry, to order at the counter and BYOB.
2016: The Seeley's buy the building & are finally able to renovate, add a bar, and get a liquor license.
January 4, 2017: The Cider Mill (as we know it) opens its doors.
